The service is designed to help job candidates prepare for interviews by understanding their interviewer's motivations, decision patterns, and communication style.

Additional features include job match analysis, interview calendar management, tactical playbooks, and an analytics suite.

▌Account Registration

To use The Dossier, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• ◆Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• ◆Maintain only one account per person
• ◆Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

▌Plans & Credits

Available Packages

• ◆Recon ($39, one-time): 1 dossier credit and 1 job match credit. Credits never expire and remain banked in your account until used.
• ◆Operative ($99, one-time): 5 dossier credits and 10 job match credits. Credits never expire. Permanently unlocks Playbook Library, Interview Calendar, and PDF export.
• ◆Command ($349, one-time): 25 dossier credits and 50 job match credits. Credits never expire. Permanently unlocks everything in Operative plus the Analytics suite.

Credits & Purchases

• ◆All credits are one-time purchases and never expire
• ◆You can purchase additional credit packs at any time
• ◆Feature access (Playbooks, Calendar, Analytics) is permanently unlocked based on the highest package you have purchased. Job Match analyses are available as long as you have job match credits.
• ◆If a dossier or job match generation fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to your account

▌Refund Policy

All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely.

If a dossier or job match generation fails due to a system error, the credit consumed for that generation is automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact support for failed generation refunds.

Feature access unlocked by purchasing an Operative or Command pack is permanent and non-refundable.

Behavioral intelligence reports generated by The Dossier are produced by artificial intelligence analyzing publicly available professional data. You acknowledge and agree that:
